19+: Two Guitars Clash, The Psychobilly Cadillacs and The Colleen Power Band!

Friday, February 23, 10 30 pm

The Ship Inn

On Friday, February 23rd at the Ship, you’ll get a chance to see that Rock & Roll is alive and well in the city.
It’s a rare opportunity to catch three of St. John’s best 4-piece acts on stage the same night. Two Guitars ClashThe Psychobilly Cadillacs and The Colleen Power Band!
The night’s headliners, Two Guitars Clash have been busy rehearsing with veteran drummer Randy Curnew, and it will be their first show with him behind the kit! Randy has played the drums for the likes of Andrew Cash, Matt Mays, as well as C’mon, and Blurtonia, both fronted by Toronto rock legend Ian Blurton. In the last year, Two Guitars Clash have been getting airplay worldwide, most notably on “Little Steven’s Underground Garage” on Sirius XM, broadcast from New York City. Jacques Dulac of CKRL 89.1 in Quebec City says, ““Newfoundland knows how to rock and Two Guitars Clash is probably the best in that category. High energy, catchy guitar riffs, a solid rhythm section and a charismatic singer. One of the most interesting bands on the Newfoundland music scene.
2018 marks the 30th Anniversary for the Psychobilly Cadillacs! They have been writing and playing their own brand of country & blisterin’ music since the late 80’s. They released their self-titled debut a few years back, and are currently in studio working on a full album!
The Colleen Power Band are getting ready to record a new album, and they’ll be playing their rockin’-est stuff to kick off the night. With Jason Whelan on the lead guitar, Aneirin Thomas on the bass and ed Sutherby on drums, you’re in for a treat!
Don’t miss your opportunity to hear these bands live, and beat the Winter blues at the legendary Ship Pub with some top-notch rock and roll!
The show starts at 10:30 PM sharp and cover is only $10.
