What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a new Board member with expertise in non-profit governance and/or the music sector who is passionate about building MusicNL and eager to contribute their time, skills, and perspective to our organization. Board members provide high-level governance, strategic guidance, and support for our organization’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Attend monthly Board meetings (most are online).
• Contribute expertise and advice to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Help establish long-term goals and ensure the organization is meeting its objectives.
• Advocate for the organization and its mission within your network.
• Support fundraising efforts and help identify new funding opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in music, culture and non-profit sector.
• Strong leadership, governance, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people.
• A passion for MusicNL.
