MusicNL Travel Policy ECMA 2021

• MusicNL will cover up to 50% of eligible expenses for members to travel to the ECMA’s in Sydney, NS May 5-9. The percentage of reimbursement will depend on available funds and the total number of claims.
• The deadline for submitting a travel claim is May 30, 2021.
• Eligible costs include accommodations, meals and travel.
• Meals and gas receipts are NOT REQUIRED. MusicNL will follow the rates outlined by the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador using per diems and mileage rates for travel. Please see rates below:

• Receipts ARE required for accommodations, flights, and ground transportation claims. MusicNL will only cover the best economy rates for these expenses.
• MusicNL will review and revise claims based on eligible expenses.
• Payment to claimants will be made within thirty days of claim deadline.
